You should set goals beyond your reach so you always have something to live for. If you’re bored with life you don’t get up every morning with a burning desire to do things you don’t have enough goals.
In my previous blog I wrote about why choosing yourself gives you strenght, I personally think that, in order to achieve our goals it’s important to first choose for ourself. To put your own interests first because achieving on goals needs time. If you can’t choose for yourself, you tend to put someone else’s interest above your own interests. Achieving your goals isn’t always easy. That is why it is important to know how you can stay motivated when it comes to what you want to achieve in the long term and in a world with more distractions than ever before, it can be all the more difficult to stay focused and productive.
First of all don’t assume that money will motivate you. Many people think that money alone will be enough to motivate them and although that may be the case initially, it is very difficult to maintain financial motivation. This is especially the case if you aren’t happy with the work you practice. You will find that no amount is worth taking parts of your life for a job that doesn’t match who you are and what you like. So be true to yourself when it comes to setting goals!
Sticking to good habits can be hard work, and mistakes are part of the process. Don’t declare failure simply because you messed up or because you’re having trouble reaching your goals. Instead, use your mistakes as opportunities to grow stronger and become better.
Second, be sure it are your goals, because sometimes we set goals based on what we think we should do. Or we base them on what other people say. Make sure you go after something that you want and that makes you happy this can make a difference.
Third, this one is so important visualize dreams, visualize your resultsIt is important to visualize the end result and what it will be like when you have reached your end goal. So remember that the road to it can be enormously difficult, but also think of the feeling of relief that it will give you when you have achieved it. But don’t give up and keep visualize your goals.
The greatest things in life tend to happen outside our comfort zones, and doubting your ability to step outside of your comfort zone will keep you stuck.
Fourth, keep your self motivated by being focus on your goals don’t let the things others are doing make you disconnect you from your goals. Be consistent can help to take one action every day. There’s no need to work the whole day on one thing, take a few hours, a day and work on your goals. Even if you’re not in the mood at all, do one small proactive thing that will lead you to your final goal, even if it’s just a post.
Last but not least, break up it can help to split your goal into smaller, more task-oriented goals. For example, if you’re going to tidy up your closet, start by saying, First I’m going to pick out my shoes, then I’ll put on my sweaters and then I’ll start on the accessories. This method can make even the largest task more manageable. Furthermore don’t worry about what you can’t control, you prefer to concentrate on the work that you do have control over than on what you can’t control. So if you often get stressed out by asking “what if”, let it go and focus on the work that you can control.
Everyone has a purpose in life and a unique talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.
